So, the default first entry title is “Hello world!” here at WordPress. I just explained to my blushing bride the significance of that and will do the same for you.
Essentially every programming class you might ever take (if you ever take one), or tutorial, or sideshow, or lecture, or “Idiot’s Guide To…” will have its first respective page of text, example, slide, white board sketch-up, or page as the syntax whereby you can, in one form or fashion, put up on the screen the text “Hello, world!”.
Quickly — two points on grammar:
1. WordPress got it wrong; their sentence
is a fragment lacking the comma to separate
the introductory clause.
2. Did you like my 58 word run-on sentence?
So now you know, “and knowing is half the battle!”
My claim-to-fame for the night is that I have been taught to code “Hello, world!” by Bjarne Stroustrup live and in-person.
